  My wife, Christy, met Carla last summer at a Local BNI group near Kansas City, KS and was extremely impressed with her passion and mortgage lending knowledge. So when we needed a mortgage "person" for a new home purchase in Tennessee, Christy remembered Carla and suggested we use her. I already had a local mortgage company chosen (in Tennessee), so over the course of the next two weeks I had an opportunity to "compare" the two mortgage brokers' knowledge and understanding of my goals. The comparison was clear! Regarding Carla, I was treated as if I were the only current application she was working on ... she made me feel like my application was at the top of the list. She kept me completely informed, touched base with me almost every day throughout the application process. In many cases she "wrote" the needed information, using the correct terminology needed by underwriting, over my signature. I just signed them, she did the work.
