  Do not go here, their percentage is ridiculous and they’ve damaged my property . The manager is never there when I asked to speak to the owner about my damaged items they called me the N-word no one will listen to you . I’ve never seen customer service this bad . I’m sure if the owners knew the staff they hired mistreated their customers so poorly something would be done . The young Asian guy even tried to bribe me with a discount to not do a review . Please ppl don’t not go to this store they sell damaged items if you’re pawning they will tax triple what you borrow even if you have your receipt. I will never return to this store .

  Great place. Gave me exactly what I was asking for a loan. They even worked with me on a board game and gave me more than I thought for it. The man named Rob helped me and not only was he knowledgeable in lots of things he was funny and kept a cool conversation going the whole time. He told us the strangest thing he ever seen some one try to pawn was a Ouija board made from pig skin. Lol.... Over all it's a great place, huge selection on almost everything.   I received a great price for a Rolex, had a diamond fall out after a day and they addressed it immediately. The other reviews are a little unfair. People need to remember that this is a pawn shop! Not a discount store or your credit card. First of all this is a business, they are there to help people in a pinch and the loan value is based on their ability to sell the item should you default and not just recover their money but to also pay their bills Purchase values are based on the time honored tradition of bartering, so ignore the marked price. If you go in with that idea and keep your attitude in check at any pawn shop you will have much better pricing results. Remember if you are rude to them they have no reason to provide you with the best deal! This is a pawn shop and not your credit card, your credit is your valuables. If they held items base on the promises they get, nothing would ever get dropped, sold and they would be out of business. Remember most people use pawn shops because they have destroyed their credit. You may be one of the few people that is true to their word, but frankly how would they know. Pay your loan on time!

  Ok lets make this clear. Yes its a pawn shop that at times can be interesting however think about this when you come in with a bad attitude it affects the staff as a whole. Also does it hurt to have compassion and respect for fellow people. Honestly I been going to them for the last 3 yrs and I have not had any complaints or cruel intentions. So yes this is a nice pawn shop in comparison to some of the other competitors out here.

  the guys there are great. Understanding and give fair value for the trade. Remember going in that your'e not gonna get resale value, but you will get something. Also very flexible on loans and a great selection of tool and fishing gear. for local pawn, there isn't any better.

  This is the best pawn shop around Houston. They have great customer service and the items they have are of good quality. Also they are good on their loans, they will really help meet the price you are asking for in time of need. I LOVE THIS PLACE..
