Stephanie Quarles5Recently had an experience with two of the member specialists at this branch. What seemed to be impossible became possible. Between the Member Center Manager (Erica Brooks) and the Member Champion (Coraima Mellando), I was taken care of and they even helped me with fixing a problem I didn’t even know I had! Loved the service, communication, and professionalism. The team effort really made me feel like a valued member. Received great assistance at this branch.

Joshua Young1ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE. Went in today on 3/4/2021 around 8:55am to be greeted by a young hispanic guy with a bland demeanor. Just simply wanted to deposit some money into my personal and commercial accounts. While I am explaining to him my intentions, he is sitting there and looking at me with a bland stare on his face as if I am the one working there. I am the customer making a deposit, I do not know the process. You could start the deposit any day now. I started to just take my deposit and walk out, but why should I have to drive all of the way over to the River Oaks or Sugarland locations just to get warmer and friendlier customer service? The atmosphere of this location is quite unwelcoming. I will certainly be following up with the management of this location. I think that I will just do business with the River Oaks or Sugarland locations until the Westchase location improves their atmosphere. At least the locations at River Oaks and Sugarland act like they are happy to have you as a member.

Robert Llizo4I always have a good experience visiting this office branch. As a matter of fact, I have never had a bad experience in any of the branches. Very good and reliable service. The only complaint I have is that in the Westchase branch on Westheimer, the ATM is no longer available outside, since now it is placed inside right before the main entrance, and is locked up after hours. I thought the whole point of an ATM is to have access to banking after hours if you need it. Whenever I need to make a cash deposit, I have to drive to another branch farther away. This is quite inconvenient for me, since this branch is the one closest to my residence. This is my only pet peeve. All else is more than satisfactory.

lydell grant5Yes I would like to express my experience I've been TDECU off of Westheimer with the bankers Kayla and Shen a they were so helpful and so very nice and very open-minded and I walked in with one intention and left out with them helping me out with intentions I didn't have so I would like to leave this comment on behalf of them helping me and being very very nice and generous as far as you their time and consideration thank you

M Bouquet1I came here multiple times with simple deposits, the waiting time is 30min to 1hour. To all please bring your lunch or sleeping bag, you are bound to wait for a long time for a simple deposit. I spoke with the manager regarding teller closure she said it was a covid issue and I see the lobby full with more then 15 individuals no social distancing, and you saying is a covid issue. I will no longer come to here, I will direct to Sugarland or Greenway.

Niomi Love5I’m really shocked of some of these bad reviews smh. People need to understand that this is a Credit Union Bank and they all are small banks. Please expect a wait time unless you go early in the morning. This is a very good bank and has great interest rates for kids savings. The manager is also very nice he came out to help and speak with us.

alex valdez5Finally my favorite C.U is open. Aquire about a loan, was given great feedback as well employee very knowledgeable and glad I came in to speak to my banker. Anyone seeking finacial advice, this is the place to come and apply for a loan as well be given proper advice.

Ayana Pratt1I recently joined and it has been a nightmare getting in touch with some to help me with my account. I opened a joint account for me and my husband and the representative I spoke, with after being on hold for 20 mins, told me she could not give me any information for his log in and transferred me to someone else. I’m still currently on hold, another 20 mins and holding. I wish I would have seen these reviews before joining because I would have went with a different one.
