Is waiting for spectrum to install internet for 2 weeks, always an issue with them, if I don’t get it installed today I will be losing job next week. Irrigation system broke with the first ten days and cannot get a call back from them, have trash piling up and could not get ahold of the trash company for about a week

Martin Lloyd5I have the privilege of installing and setting up all of Meritage Homes sales centers. And out of all of the 8 homebuilders we set up for...Meritage is one of my favorites. All of their sales staff, builders, marketing managers are top notch. If I didn't live in the country....I'd buy a Meritage home...love you guys!!!!!!

Benji Craddock1My wife and I closed in August 2018. We continue to have problems with our home. We followed all procedures in reporting these issues in a timely fashion. We escalated the issues to the right people. However, nobody calls us back. We went in person and have been told multiple times by the warranty department that someone would be by but it never occurs. My wife and have been frustrated for some time now and have little recourse. I strongly suggest avoiding this community. If you have any questions or would like to see the proof of our issues and requests, please reach out via google.
