  I have had so many great experiences with Ascentra credit union. Never a bad one, 8 hear other people talk about their banks, accounts being messed up, charged an overdraft fee when they claim they made a deposit. I have NEVER have anything but great service. Which is why I am still with them today and hope to be for many years to come.

  My wallet was stolen a few weeks before Christmas and I had a lot of cash in my wallet. It put me in a terrible position for providing for my three kid’s so I decided to try to get a loan. With my credit I didn’t qualify for as much as I was wanting but they worked with me and I got what I needed. Everything went smoothly for getting the loan and it was very easy to make extra payments and easy to pay off. I’d do this again if I needed it and recommend this company to everyone!

  Very well staffed extremely easy to use thier app for all of my banking needs n they are diligent about giving you a heads up on any security issues but they also provide you with the chance to take a course or lecture on how to use your money more efficiently. First credit union I have banked with n by far best bank I have had any dealings with.

  Ever since I started banking at Ascentra any problems I have had they knew how to address it and solved it immediately. I'm 55 years old and never had a bank account, but with the pandemic and other changes in my life I needed a bank, I'm glad I picked Ascentra

  I appreciate Ascentra Credit Union very much for all the services they offer to us. Everything we need from a credit union that we would get at a regular bank but much friendly and cheaper.

  Had issues with their new system trying to make payments of my credit cards. Was advised by email that the payment was received but never received a notice till I was advised by mail after the payment deadline that I was late on a payment.

  Avoid if needing a loan. If your late at all they will lock your checking account and empty it. 2 weeks behind on Car loan. Stayed in communication, and didn't fall further behind. Woke up today to find they wiped out every penny we had in our account (which wasn't much).
