  Ascentra has been exceptional in every way possible. The employees are the best and kind and they always seem to have a smile on their faces!!! Aacentra has helped me get my finances back in order and helped me reestablish my credit. I can't say enough good things about Ascentra and it's employees!!! 💥💯💥💯

  Always fast and efficient. I love banking here! The bankers are always very helpful. When I first opened an account they were very helpful. Would recommend to anyone seeking to open an account at another bank.

  The people here are so helpful kind courteous and willing to get your needs taken care of. I’ve been with another local CU and ascentra does things better!! Not quite ready to close my other acct but as soon as I can move everything to here I will!!! MORE THAN 3 branches!!!

  No bank is above ascentra . Ascentra and their employees are above their top competitors. They good for the community. The office in rock island needs more attention . Is always crowded at the drive through though. Not my neighborhood office but been there and is too crowded.

  I came in to open an account & had my 1yr old with me. We were helped quickly and so kindly by Ms.Brittany! When I tell you this woman is a saint I mean it! Not only did she help me with everything I needed plus some I didn't know I needed, she was very kind to my son & allowed him to walk around her office and bang on chairs (ect. Baby stuff lol) all with a smile and helping hand! I give Britt and Ascentra on Brady St. 5 stars all the way!! Thank you for making our banking experience a warm and welcoming one!

  Employees are rude. Atm ALWAYS down forcing you to go to another atm then ascentra will charge you fee for using another atm.
