Michael Westin1Well, the people at the main office are nice until they’re not. Very disgusted with this Credit Unions policies, procedures, and attempt at “professionalism”. I have left this bank! Disgusted on how they treat Veterns as well.

Jon Gordley1Been banking with them for over a decade and I can honestly say, STAY AWAY from this bank. Customer and loan service has been difficult to say the least. I co signed for someone on a personal loan they had stopped paying it and it took 3 months before I knew about it and it tanked my credit. I paid everything up to date and setup a automatic withdrawal for the loan I co signed on, the next month I took a hit because of a late payment. Called them and set it up again for auto withdrawal, and again the next month I took a hit for late payment. This went on for 4 months before the auto withdrawal actually started working. Anything I've done with through them has always been setup on automatic withdrawal. When Corona hit I lost my job and filed for unemployment, this took almost 3 months to even get my first check. Needless to say I fell behind on payments however once I got my check I paid everything to date and have made on time payments since. They told me I have a poor performance with them which I do not see how when I've done everything I could do during a global pandemic to stay current and have done immediately once I was able to. Will be closing account and moving to a new bank asap.

Jason Watts5Jessica Gardner in the loan dept is AMAZING! This is the way banking should be and is 100% why I don’t even give dealerships the opportunity at financing my vehicles. In a day where personal banking seems to be vanishing, she is thriving!

Kelley Anderson1Wish I could recommend them as I prefer to bank with local credit unions, but DO NOT bank with them if you're used to conveniences provided by other banks. You won't find that here, especially with online and remote services. If you ever need something done remotely, they request you to *mail in a letter* like it's the 1800s and they don't have email or Adobe Docusign. I've had several other issues with their services over the years I won't go into here, but save yourself the trouble and bank elsewhere.

grace Curtis1In order to get a home loan, you have to keep making appointments to speak to someone, then someone will call you and make an appointment to speak to someone, they send you an application, then you have to make an appointment to review the application, then they make another appointment for pulling credit, then they call you back to verify funds ON A PRE-APPROVAL LETTER! I've banked with them for 20 years and they need PROOF OF INCOME! WHAT A WASTE OF TIME! I've heard bad things about this place, but my experiences have been pleasant with banking. I'm truly disappointed with how they run things. They're too busy to help you.. unless you make an appointment. They don't care if you have a house in mind- if they did they would consider the fact that good homes go within a day or two. Find a place that cares about you.. or make an appointment with these people. I'm gonna find another bank.

Jessica May1By far the worst bank I have ever had to deal with. They are absolute crooks. Would never recommend to anyone looking for a bank or credit union. Everything from speaking with Customer Service, to using their online and mobile apps, down to having access to your own funds is difficult and near impossible and most in person clerks and reps I have dealt with are condescending and rude.

Ryan Hall1Such a disaster of a company. As a CPA I've never had so much difficulty paying a bill. Their statements lack information that they desperately need. Their numbers don't tie, which is amazing that you can even do that with today's softwares. No online payments, the only bill we have (for the last 5+ years now) that I can't pay online. Can't think of anything they do right, and all they do is send a bill and collect.

Patrick Simms1They are light years behind any major bank. Whether it is customer service, online banking, etc. Between having no tellers and having to go into a branch to set up autopay on a loan just so you can pay them....they are the true meaning of an inconvenience. I should have never financed a vehicle with them and I can not wait to pay that vehicle off and be done with them next month.

Jan Fox1They lock you out of your account over the weekend and do not have a 24 hour service to help you resolve the issue. I accessed my online account Saturday but need to access it again today (Sunday) and I'm locked out. There are other things I have adapted to when changing banks but this is unacceptable.
