  Both Aigul and Sam are doing exceptional to their works. Going through refinance process is always lengthy, complicated, and very difficult for homeowners to deal with the loan officers directly. I and my husband are very grateful to have both them to walk through the process. They really arranged to make the process very effortless for us. Based our our limited knowledges to the refinance process, they will spend time explaining the steps to us. They are also very easy to work with, very responsive, reliable with lots of patience. I highly recommend them to everyone and we look forward to work with them more in the future.

They’ve assisted us with purchasing our first home to refinancing. When questions arise, they responded in a timely manner and were thorough with answers. Sam and Aigul go above and beyond for their clients and will make sure that you get the end result that you desire. When there is a bump in the road during the transaction they are there to smooth it out. They always follow up with you so you know exactly what is going on. We are about an hour and a half away from the city and yes there are local businesses we can use but we choose not to because we are more than happy with ASA Lending.
