JC Messenger2Very slow drive through with conflicting signs posted about the hours and days open. I usually try to use a different (and quicker) branch, but this one is the closest to my home. It doesn’t matter the day or time I go - it is always super slow.

Christina Shannon1Prior to covid this branch was awesome! But once covid hit it was like the branch died! It was taking 25-45 min just to make a deposit. That didn’t change when the lobby opened either. BUT NOW YOU CANT EVEN GET A CASHIERS CHECK IN THE DRIVE THRU??? What is that? It’s like they’re trying to make people go to other locations. Hate to see Arvest go down like this.

Wayde Jenkins1OMG the incompetence of this bank. You can tell these tellers specifically what to accomplish in no unclear words, and still can't get things right. Very clearly owned by Walmart. The one on 71st in Tulsa lost my check. This one cannot get things right. If you'd pay attention, or train better you might be able. Take the stupid mask off, and concentrate on business. One more time, after the last few and I'm out.

Jeff Jensen1How can the drive through be slower now that the lobby is closed? Is it a staffing issue or does the company not want to pay for staff? It's gotten terrible here. Please do something to fix this issue.

Natasha Lawson1There's nothing like waiting in the drive thru for 20 minutes, watching all the other lanes go through quickly. The count right now is 6 other vehicles helped that showed up after us. I did get an apology about being backed up but I am not sure how helping all the other lanes before giving us our easy withdrawal is the best way to keep a long time customer happy. Side note: I would be more understanding if it was a one time occurrence but every single time I have been to this branch it has been like this.

Megan McCann5I never thought I'd be posting this good of a review about Arvest, but I went into the branch yesterday, and Jessica was awesome! She got us taken care of quickly and on our way. Hands down the best customer service I've ever received from Arvest!

John Duckworth1Once was a good bank. Now if you have a problem and are expecting a call back forget about it. Was shorted $100 and hadn't left the counter. I told them go ahead and count what they gave me check my pockets I hadn't moved. I was told they would check the register in if there was a difference they would call me back either way. Well it wouldn't be different in your drawer if the employee had put it in her pocket. Furthermore they are supposed to count the money in front of you. She went behind a wall. After a week I called then went in to check....nobody remembered. Then yesterday at the end of the business day they found someone else on my account but couldn't do anything about it??!!! Today it's fixed but still did not get a phone call. Update they called after my review to tell me "that's unfortunate". Which I understand they can't do anything about it they have dropped the ball too much but don't call to rub it in. P.s. Arvest I don't need your counseling or sympathetic hear just look into it when you find a strange person on someone else's account. Call your customers back when you say you will.

Tamara Brickey2The teller at drive thru are horrible they rather be talking to each other then getting their customers wait on it usually takes me almost 30-45 minutes if I am not the only car in the commercial line.
