      Great service and very friendly staff. I’ve been a member since 1981, they have always offered the best rates on loans and savings compared to the other banks in the area. I look forward to many more years of membership.

      Absolutely and without a doubt, the best Credit Union or even a bank that I have ever used. I have been with DFCU for 20 + years and never a problem with any of my many transactions or their services . I also have lived all of the US and still used them for my loans as their rates can not be beaten. Rob and Holley and the rest of the gang are the best in my opinion. If you want a no hassle loan or want to use any other of their services, Become a member ! Sounds like a commercial but they are that good !

      Holly is extremely rude every time I called in about my account. Day one I have had issues with this women time after time. I will be going to secu credit union Schlumberger looking for another exotic car now.When I speak with other staff I have no issues at all .Its been many years but its time fore to take my business elsewhere .This women need to be fired asap. I know 9 people who traded their vehicles in because of her all of us was from the oilfield.

      I went to work for this CU in 1984. When JT Stanberry retired he hired a great guy to replace him and JT went to work as a Board Member. The other Board members didn't like JT's choice and fired him within 2 months....this was 1997. The Board then brought on Rob Holder who came from a bank in Bixby and from my understanding, Rob had only been a loan officer. Rob Holder would approve loans for the Board Members and would alter their loan app by blacking out the Board Members income. My job was to enter the data and type the docs. I brought to Rob Holders attention that the Federal Examiners pull all Board Members files first on the CU's yearly audit and he shouldn't hide ANYTHING. He got upset with me and said "don't worry about it!" I contacted JT Stanberry who was then a Board Member and he was adamant that Rob Holder cannot do this. After 14 yrs of service, Rob Holder fired me for taking the issue to a Board Member. When we spoke about my firing, I told Rob Holder "we both know what this is all about". I had to get my story out there. I had built up quite a relationship with the members of the CU after 14 years of service. I moved on to First Oklahoma FCU and worked there 14 years as a Branch Manager. I received an offer to go to work for Communication FCU but left that employment to care for my Mother in Law who just passed with Alzheimer's Disease. Rob Holder was without a doubt the weakest, most uncaring so-called CEO I have EVER worked for. Members....you have so many other choices for a Credit Union who offer so many products and services. It would be in your best interest to shop around for a CU that can offer you so much more.

      Has taken over a week and still have not received my log in information for my account. When I called the woman on the phone was shuffling through paperwork so loud I had to put the phone down. Tried emailing later to get account info. Got a snippy email with no apology. Got a call from the woman in the loan department asking if I wanted to set up a master card and I told her no , that I wanted the loan in my personal checking. Cut me off when trying to ask questions and talked to me like a child. DO NOT USE these people. Very un professional and extremely disorganized.

      I have been a member for over 30 years and they have always handled my car loans and a boat loan over the years. Great service and can't think why you would not want to use DFCU for all your saving and financing needs.

      This credit union has illegally autodrafted our account weeks early two months in a row even though it was their contract we signed for the purchase of a vehicle with a specified date of monthly payments. They don’t seem to care how it affects their customer! Terrible service & severe incompetence!

      They need more customer support. You ever been in a foreign country and your debit card isn't working and it's the weekend and you can't speak to anyone until Monday?? I have and it's a nightmare. Please implement a 24 hour card service dept or something.
