      Arvest made everyone late for work today… Why is the 91st Branch soooo slow. Pulled up this morning @9:10a.m. It’s currently 9:30 and 2 cars have been helped in 20 minutes…. Arvest I read reviews this was a problem 4 years ago, how is this still a thing???

      Don’t bother coming in to speak with any representative over banking matters. Sat in the lobby for 20 minutes while two employees sat in their offices alone, enjoying their day surfing the web. I will be switching banks as soon as possible. Response to reply: I don’t need to bother wasting more of my time speaking to local management when it was the assistant manager of the bank who was one of the employees sitting in his office without bothering to assist.

      91st and Delaware is by far my favorite branch! I've worked for two companies that use Arvest for deposits and had to use several branches over the years. I LOVE this branch. Very friendly, quick service. Especially Brittany!! She remembered me from a few years back. She goes the extra mile for her customers and greets them by name everyday. Always has a smile and a great attitude.

      I'm so glad Arvest isn't my regular bank! I was making a Girl Scout deposit at the 91st and Delawsre branch, and I sat in the drive through for like 5 minutes waiting and nobody said anything not even like "be with you in a minute"...and I noticed the other waiting car hadn't even talked to them yet so I pressed call and after a minute someone asked how I was, I said "I'd be better if I could complete this transaction" then someone else asked how much I was depositing...like did you even count it?! Then she asked if I needed anything else and told me to have a good day before I had even finished responding. The last time I deposited here it was also really slow, so this isn't the first time.

      I have been banking with Arvest for nearly 20 years and have always loved Arvest and had only 1 problem in all these years until now. The 91st & Delaware branch is such an easy branch for me to use because it is next to the City Plex towers where I work making it so quick and easy to pop in during lunch or after work. Until the last few months the staffing has really gone downhill and the wait time in the drive-thru has become outrageous. The first time it happened was a few weeks ago, when I was finally so tired of waiting I went into the lobby to do business. And no the lobby was not busy, once I walked in there were only 2 customers including myself. So I chalked it up to a one time thing and the next time would be better. But today a friend from work used the same drive-thru and there were only 3 cars including herself and the wait was well over 20 minutes. I'm not sure if they do not have enough tellers or the tellers just hate their jobs or they have a fun time making customers wait and waste away their lunch hour. But whatever it is this branch has now become my least fave branch. When I am asked what bank I use I proudly say "I use Arvest. They are great and I never have a problem with them. " But I'm not sure I will do that anymore or at least advise not to use the 91st branch location. I can tell you when I have experienced the long wait time there have been 4 tellers at the counter. Please fix the issue with this location, I really love the convenience it offers but it has really become less of a convenience and more of a hassle and source of frustration. With the change of Arvest banking hours, which I totally understand any reasoning behind the hours change, its hard to make it to a different branch on my way home from work before they close.

      Can I give less than a one star review? The teller Diana or Diane or whoever was so condescending and rude to me throughout the duration of the time I spent there. Never have I felt more unwanted and not cared about there. It seemed like my needs weren’t even important. I love Arvest but I’ll never come back to this location ever again.

      Seemingly nice people. There is no real customer service here, just their popcorn machine to make you think that. They do not help you with anything and they do not offer any accounts that are worth having. You can make more interest by putting your money in the ground and watching it grow there, than by putting it in an Arvest account. Don't forget about the fees, they will nickel and dime you as much as they can.

      Went in to request for a new debit card because it wasn't reading the swipe at qt and restaurants. Mind you, not all places take the chip. The lady looked at me with a stupid face and chuckled at me asking if I'm using it right. "It's a chip, not swipe". No. A debit/credit card had 3 ways of identification. 1. The chip 2. Swipe 3. The card number.

      Horrible customer service!!! Was on hold for 45 minutes to finally talk to someone who quickly transferred me and put me on hold again. Estimated wait time over 30 minutes!!! Ridiculous!!!
