  Delana is excellent! I had an issue and spent hours with customer service on the phone and I went in the branch and spoke to Delana and she got it taken care of right away. She called me and let me know that everything was taken care of. Brilliant customer service. Thanks so much

  Absolutely terrible experience rude tellers and slow customer service. I went through the drive-through to withdraw my money and switch banks because I was so unhappy with my experiences. The teller advised me I would have to come in to close my account I explained that I had a sleeping 10-month-old baby in the backseat and a dog in the bed of my truck and I need to close it in the drive-through . I asked to speak with a manager and The teller ignored my request. She insisted I had to come inside the branch to close my account I woke my baby up went inside she clicked a button on the computer and said your account is closed . I would never recommend this experience to anybody.

  Very curious, friendly and prompt. The gentleman handled himself pure "business" but "down to earth". Basic checking with debit card to come as well as checks. This will also cover online &mobile banking.

  Arvest is an excellent and financially strong regional bank. This bank branch has improved lately. It took some time to correct the problems that came with the branch when Arvest purchased it from a failed bank.
