  Terrible branch to get a commercial loan from. Their commercial loan officer doesn’t call back and couldn't care less about customer service. Very disappointing experience.

  I have had some issues with Arvest and I was even going to change banks. But luckily the assistant branch manager Victor Barrientos made it all right. For everything I go to him, I don't deal with anyone else because either the job doesn't get done or it gets delayed. Victor has been AWESOME and I want to thank him for all his hard work and dedication.

  If I could’ve put zero stars I would have. This is the second time I have use your ATM machine to make a deposit into my account and this is the second time that he has messed up. I am not sure why your ATMs are the only ones that cannot take deposit but is very frustrating I am now at $800 and will be at yawls office at 7 AM in the morning to have the situation fixed. Please anyone that reads this Google review do not use the ATM at this location as they are not reliable

  Another disappointing trip to the bank. Arvest no longer seems to be able to meet my banking needs.
