  Arvest financed my vehicle loan and once it was paid off I requested title and they lost it in their files…. What a joke.

  I had a really GREAT experience, when I dropped by today (Mar. 14, 2019 about 9 a.m.) to discuss opening a savings account & possibly move some of my accounts here from my current Wells Fargo accounts. The person I worked with, Landon Post, was very cheerful, friendly, professional, relaxed, and relaxing. I felt particularly comfortable working with him, in that he gave me all the information I asked for quickly and efficiently; and, best of all, I never had any feeling whatsoever that I was being pressured into opening an account right away, or that I was being steered towards one particular option over another. I really felt like I was valued as a customer, and that he wanted to be sure I got all the information to make the best decision, on my own, about which of the various services that Arvest offers were right for me. 5 stars out of 5, so color me "100% SATISFIED".

  I got a loan for a truck from them and payed it off. This was back in February 2018. I did not receive title so I called and they said they lost it. And had to send for a new one. I sold the truck and I still have not received the title and it is now April. I will not do business with this bank again.

  This has got to be the slowest bank in America. I had time to leave this review and ponder my entire life while waiting in the drive-thru lane.

  Took money for an appraisal that wasn't done. They lost a 17 year customer over a 150 fee.
