  Mr. Davis was very helpful but the service for long time customers was not good. My husband has been a member about 40 years. He asked them to refinance his vehicle and they said it would add a thousand dollars to the loan!! Well. He refinanced with my credit union and got a lower interest rate with no fees and lower monthly payments. They would not fax the payoff amount to the credit union until he drove to a branch to show ID.

  The drive thru ATM design is stupid. Y put a teller lane that block the atm so u gotta wait 4 the car 2 finish with the teller 2 use the atm. Logic yyyyy do that? Its a dumb design

  Always friendly and courteous. Thanks for the outstanding service each time I swing by! Couldn't ask more of a financial institution except maybe higher CD interest rates LOL. Keep up the good work

  Hands down some of the friendliest bank tellers around. I share branch here with 3 other credit unions. This credit union is closer to my house than any of my actual institutions. They always make me feel like an actual member of this credit union, even though I’m not actually a member. Great service for 5 consecutive years!

  WOW! does not even begin to express the customer service and care that we have received from Katie Dobbs of Arsenal CU. She has walked us through everything to establish our business and personal accounts and the best part is we were able to do ALL of it digitally! As for the branch experience, I have always received great service any time I have had to stop by. After having banked with many other institutes over the years I can happily say that Katie and the team at Arsenal have made my banking experience enjoyable, easy and actually a pleasure! Thanks Katie and Arsenal CU!

  Since COVID I've been using this facility as a shared branch. The staff is always friendly, patient and helpful. Even when I have time to make it to my home branch I will use the shared branch instead.

  Ask to have auto pay stopped and they still took money out of my account. Asked them about it and the said they couldnt do anything for me.
