  This is my bank now. The longer they have been there the better they get at customer service. Line moves along most of the time at a reasonable pace.

  I switched from Chase to Arrowhead and have been so much happier since. They are always quick to help and always make you feel welcome. I never spend too long in their bank bnd the customer service is amazing! Thank you for always solving any problems so quickly, never going to another bank again.

  Went in this morning and saw a lady with a special needs child struggle to open a door and all they could do was sit/stand behind the counter and watch her struggle. Will definitely be closing my account with this business because they clearly lack human decency. Pitiful

  We went in to open an account after an hour of waiting to be helped. We simply decided to leave and take our business where time is better managed.

  They take took long , even at the new branch you can get there early and they take forever to help you out even with hardly any people and available bankers to help , they really need to work on this ...!!
