  This branch always does right by me! They're always helpful when I have an issue (which isn't too often). I wasn't too happy when they bought out Republic Bank, but they've made up for it in my book. The employees are always respectful to me.

  Republic was so much better. This place just took the last bit of money out of my account. I have not used it in awhile. They took the money back in March and April of 2021, its now june of 2021 and I just got a letter letting me know that they took money out, and added a service fee on top of it. Now I have 0 dollars. They add charges without telling you. I was never notified that my account would be charged and to then find they closed my account due to no funds. The app sucks because it is always kicking you off and you have to put all your information in it each time, to get into the account. I wouldn't recommend to use this bank! Many hidden fees

  Frustrating is an appropriate term. The drive thru wait times are unreal. Today, I arrived for what I thought would be a simple task. I've been waiting in the drive thru lane now for 14 minutes, and the same group of cars are still here that were here when I arrived. I liked it a lot better when this was still republic. Either have more staff readily available to assist when drive thru volume is heavy, or try something different. Incredibly inefficient practice.

Our drive-thru services are expanded right now to accommodate customers who prefer to bank without coming into a lobby so this sometimes causes longer wait times, but we will certainly look into this.   I'm a small bank kind of guy. The tellers all know my name and take great care of me. They anticipate my needs and make smart suggestions. Helpful and accommodating customer service is also available by phone. I even had my debit card hacked for 165 bucks. My money was returned to my account that day. I have no complaints and recommended RBT to anyone looking for personalized banking services in Norman.

  I have never been more disappointed in what once was a great banking institution. They have proven themselves woefully unable to properly handle the merger, stimulus checks, and the COVID-19 crisis as a whole. I would not advise anyone to open an account with Armstrong, and I suspect that they will lose a lot of exisiting customers such as myself. I was with Republic for over 10 years, but I will be leaving Armstrong bank as soon as possible.

  Can't get anyone to answer the phone. I've called the local 405 and 888 numbers and the first thing I hear is "we are experiencing unusually high call volumes". Even if dummies are calling about their stimulus checks, which they should use the check tracker, it shouldn't be continously busy from open to close every day. This never happened when I would call republic

  DONT BANK HERE PERIOD! Lady at this bank told me they couldn't allow me to use my debit card on my checking account which had 2,000 dollars in it. They said I was only allowed to withdraw cash and make deposits since I dont jave track record with them. After 90 days if my account being open they would allow me to use my debit card.

  I like this Bank because ween you use a ATM and get money out and it charges you my bank pays me back the nest business day and overdraft is low charge and they are some good people that works there they really help you out when you need them

  Giving it five stars even though I don't have an account here. I have been here to get papers notarized several times and have always been treated well. Great service regardless of membership.

  Dont bank here.. I went to open an account here and got cussed at by the manage of the bank and she said they dont need my money and I can go across the street to arvest.
