M P1I've banked at Armstrong for 15 years, and I've never dreaded going into the bank until I started having to deal with the staff at Sallisaw. Every single time I've needed something, that I wasn't able to do over the phone or from the app, it seems like a huge inconvenience and like I am a burden to the tellers on the clock. They are not friendly, not professional, and not trained well. I've had to wait several times for a transaction to be corrected because they entered data incorrectly. It could be because they are in a hurry or because they are new? (Turn over is high.) Either way if things do not change quickly, I will find myself a customer some where else.

Jacob Brake2My family has banked with Armstrong ever since I can remember and I enjoyed the branch at Sallisaw. One night I left cash in the night deposit of the Sallisaw branch before leaving to go out of town. They never contacted me, but claimed my deposit was $60 short of what I had shown. It almost threw me into a bad situation. When I called, it was more of a too bad you didn’t count right than a let’s make sure everything was done honestly on our part. I didn’t appreciate the attitude and was pretty certain of my calculations. Due to this, I’ve now closed my accounts and moved to another bank as I don’t feel the Sallisaw branch is worthy of business.

Carrie Looper1Set up bank account with them and was told it would take a week to get my card, week later still no card and called up there and of course they say it could take up to 14 days. I just need the damn card to pay my bills 😡🤦🏼♀️. It shouldn’t take you this damn long to send it out and for me to get it!
