  When reviewing the comments on here about Arvest Bank Sallisaw i have to agree with the positive post. Jolee Caves is an outstanding bank rep with everyone who comes in contact with her. She has amazing professionalism and cares about her customers. When I opened my account she was very helpful and answered all the questions I had. She really goes above and beyond to help her customers when they have problems. I remember coming to the branch and everyone was waiting for her because she is one of kind and I must say truly is very helpful. Hopefully this young lady gets noticed for her hard work and compassion on the job. Thanks, Jolee 😀

  The workers at this bank are usually very helpful and very fast. Today that was not the case. I sat at the drive thru terminal for about 10 minutes waiting to be greeted so I could withdraw some cash. It was a little busy so I figured I’d have to wait a few minutes to be helped. I was watching the people around me and they had helped people in every terminal that got there after I did. I left without ever being helped.

  If anyone needs a good bank with awesome customer service. I would highly recommend Arvest Bank in Sallisaw. The people are so caring and very helpful. If you need to open an account go in and ask for Jolee Caves. This lady is amazing and will do everything she can to help you. Not only is she helpful but also treats you like family.

  This was our first time using Sallisaw Arvest. We were traveling to Texas and went through the drive through to make a large withdrawal. Dustin was exceptionally helpful and efficient. He took time to explain a couple of different options to us. Thank you Dustin and thank you Arvest!

  I understand with covid the lobby is closed I would love to set up a new Bank & Savings account there but you can't get a real person on the phone to set an appointment only for automated recording that does not give me any option to talk with a bank rep!!

  Customer service is horrible.Tried to use the ATM and it wouldn’t return the card. Called customer service and were no help, told us to just cancel the card and order a new one that took 5-7 days. So beware of their ATM.

  It's actually east of the spot google shows it, Bank personnel were very friendly, and the branch manager (Bryan) was very helpful in getting an account set up for me. Will definitely continue working with them in the future.
