  Very well could be the worst banking experience i have ever had. Signed up for the bank out of bootcamp and was lied to about the benefits offered and when you are able to access them. I was in bootcamp and received charges for not being logged into my online banking to set up my paperless statements, also got charged a fee for not using my debit card in time (That didnt work when i got it and still dosent). All in all possibly worst bank by far and it seems to pray on new recruits from RTC.

  Every time I’ve visited Armed Forces Bank, they’ve had great customer service and have dealt with customers at a reasonable pace. Not only are they reliable, they are also very friendly and helpful in regards to banking.

  Please DO NOT USE THIS BANK FOR ANYTHING!!! Thanking God I don't have an account with Armed Forces Bank. They Horrible Customer Service and their ATM acts as if it's dispensing your cash but doesn't nor does it give a receipt. The Clerk and managers nonchalantly tells me to call my bank (USAA) TO Fix it! Now I have to wait 5 to 8 business days for a refund.

  Was a employee here myself. They have great staff with the best customer services. The only bank I know that not only handles money but play’s a huge part in the community.

  The Personnel in the Bank always have a friendly attitude. Each time I visit they are very courteous when they are helping me. Thanks for all you all do.

  They say they wont take fees but then take your money after "misinforming" you of their policy total bull & horrible customer service if you ask me! Then refuse to right their wrong..will be switching who I bank with!!!

  I work at the commissary. We get our change from Armed Forces. The staff is always friendly and timely.

  The lady I spoke to had a very bad and condescending attitude somehow works in the armed forces bank and knows absolutely nothing about the Armed forces she literally could not fight her way out of a wet paper bag but is trying to handle soldiers money

  I think someone needs to report this bank I think it is a scam I told my mom she needs to close her account with them how can an over draft change every day from high to low I thought over drafts are to stay one price I'm glad I don't bank them

  Awful experience but I'm sure they don't care tho these reviews are getting pointless if we can somehow punish them for their errors
