  I come in here pretty often with my old guitars I want to sell and they always treat me right and give me good prices. Its a great place to come in and look around, they always have interesting stuff, and the staff is top notch! 10/10 would reccomend!

  Here while back i had them order my Springfield trp 1911 shipping was fast. And they called me as soon as it came in, great service friendly and knowledgeable staff. In fact i bought a ruger ar-15 just lastnight. Again great staff. John M.

  Great place and very knowledgeable staff including the bow shop area. And the big guy up front gives the best hugs. Ask for "Steve the bear hug giver" whenever you go and request a hug.

  This pawnshop was great. I got a hp desktop from here. The price was unbelievable and worth it. They had a layaway plan I took advantage of and it was awesome sense I didn't have the full amount on me. Everyone was nice and customer service was superb. I would recommend this pawnshop to anyone I run across. Plan on making a trip back there soon

  The most absolute worst experience with a local Arkansas Pawn shop I have ever had. They were belligerent, and inconsiderate in offering me a loan of even 30% the value of my offered items. On top of this the owner had the worst attitude, using the exact phrase to me, "you know what buddy get your stuff and leave I'm only going to give you what I offered." this was shortly after I addressed to him I'm sorry if I've brought a bad attitude upon you when I corrected him on his search of the exact title on his computer of what my items were specifically model numbered as. He had put the wrong numbers in which brought a much lower price value then what my items were genuinely worth. I upmost apologize for this low Google review on your business. I am typically very laid back when it comes to reviews, but I made a personal note that day to address what a poor excuse, and lack of courteous behavior you guys gave me. I run my own business too and if I showed even the slightest inclination of the same attitude you gave me to any of my clients I wouldn't have any business.

  Sir I apologize for your experience, but at the same time we have a formula we follow to evaluate merchandise and you came in as we were closing asking for an absurd amount of money. I tried to explain why I couldn't loan the amount you were asking for, only to be met with arrogance about the quality of your merchandise. And finally yes after you kept me well past when my store should have been closed and then told me I was getting an attitude, did I decide to get short with you to conclude our transaction. And now weeks after the transaction that you agreed too you decide to come on the Internet and bash my store. Very civil of you sir, have a nice day.

  I am a student in tech. Last time I went to this pawn shop with my friends. They got a great altitude,even me and my friends don’t buy anything valuable. Because of this, I plan to buy a rifle in this shop next semester.

  The bigger guy that runs the place is a complete moron and a cheat. I paid 225 dollars for a Spikes Tactical bolt carrier group for my ar15 and I get home and take it out of the package and there’s no logo or markings on it anywhere. So I called Spikes and they said take it back immediately because everything they send out had their logo and markings on it. I’m completely aware that QC sometimes lets stuff slip out on accident without realizing. So I took it back and he didn’t act like it was a big deal and he assured me it was a Spikes bcg and that it should be fine. He also kept saying how he wasn’t a cheat and that he had no idea about this. I demanded a refund or he swapped me an actual Spikes bcg. He reluctantly agreed to swap it out for a new one. The bcg’s are in a glass show case and he had probably 8 or 10 in the case and when he went to swap it for a new one he grabbed from the very bottom of the stack and said let me get you a good fresh one..? That made no sense to me and made me wonder what some of the others looked like, if they had logos or not. He took this one out of the package and I checked it over and found all the correct markings and put it back in the package in left. That being said I’ll never to business with him or anyone associated with this establishment again and I recommend you do the same.

  I'm not exactly sure what you seem to be so upset about, accidents happen and we fixed the issue when it was brought to our attention. We try very hard to make our customers happy, Im sorry this instance (where you got what you wanted) made you decide to post and inflamatory inaccurate vision of how we deal with people.
