      The branch employees in Benton are great. It’s the online banking system/people that’s too difficult to work with. I have a car note with them, a checking account and savings account. It’s a huge hassle to mobile deposit a check, wait 9 business days for it to clear, just to pay them your car payment. It’s just not worth the trouble.

      Last month I wasn't here for the 1st time at this location the staff was very polite and very quick I'll stop by this branch again
