  The Teller who helped when I last visited the Arkansas Federal credit union was very professional and willing to assist me set up an account.I really appreciate her and commend for being so courteous.   First off, if you belong to like Bank of America, you've done yourself a huge disservice! Credit Unions are certainly more friendly but AFCU is awesome, this is a true statement from a family that has been with them since the 90's. Yes I am totally biased because we've dealt with other institutions thru my military career. Get yourself an account today people! 😁

  Today, I had an opportunity to speak with two of AFCU employees; Chandler and Shuna during two separate telephone conversations. Although, I was at fault for the mistake. Both of these individuals made me feel valued as a customer by genuinely, attempting to assist me with getting my issue resolved. I want to sincerely thank them by completing this online survey.

  After waiting an hour and a half to close my mom's account and after being told THREE TIMES by a representative all I needed was a death cert to complete the process I am now told there are more forms and DAYS OF UNDETERMINED WAITING to receive a callback.

  Excellent banking facility (credit union), offers just about everything a commercial bank would. Well trained and personable employees, who greet you with a smile and assurance.

  I give Arkansas Federal Credit Union a five-star I think they do a great job they are very helpful in helping you with any problem you have and they're so friendly and nice I think they have the best customer service I have deal with then any other bank institution

  Timely, friendly; professional. Love the branch on Shackleford. Recently visited the branch on Markham, I was in the area & did not realize a branch was there- whallop found another AFCU new BF.

  I wish I could give negative stars..Paid off my vehicle loan and 3 months later when I call about a late fee, they tell me that I was $1 short on paying it off. I made what was supposed to be the final payment via phone with an actual person who told me the amount that was to be paid and did it directly with her. The only good thing I can say about them is that I got a good interest rate..
