  Franks was very pleasant to work with from the beginning. His workflow was extremely easy and efficient to get our final inspection report before its due date. His report was very thorough (tons of pics and write ups) and we learned a lot about our new home based on his expertise. Frank is transparent, honest, prompt, and someone that we would highly recommend if you want to hire someone who is knowledgeable and trustworthy.   The inspector was prompt, courteous, and took the time to do a thorough walk through of my property. Once he completed his review he discussed what my options forward were and what may require additional review (obstructed views didn't allow for full inspection). Overall a great experience and someone I would contact again for future inspections.

  I highly recommend using Arch Home Inspections. Frank was responsive, organized and detail oriented when completing our inspection. His team of inspectors (termite & oil tank) were great as well. They explained everything to us and answered all questions we had. The inspection was report was extensive and clear. We appreciate everything Frank did and would recommend him to anyone in the area!

  Frank did a great job on my home inspection. And a really friendly guy. He was very professional and thorough throughout the entire process. And was very punctual on the final report. He made an effort to point out and explain issues and concerns to look out for, which was very helpful for a first time home buyer. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

  One of the best home inspections I have ever had (I have had several). This was for a condo, no less important than a whole house. Communication is outstanding. Very punctual. Extremely detailed inspection with great in-person advice and suggestions. Amazing followup with online reports. Great communication with realtor and lawyers if requested. I highly recommend Arch Home Inspections.

  I contacted Frank about performing a radon test at my house. He got back to me quickly and set up a time and day for the test. He arrived at the appointed time and explained the test thoroughly. I mentioned that we recently had water in the basement as a result of hurricane Ida. Without my asking, Frank very kindly provided several tips on preventing water from entering the basement in the future. I highly recommend Arch Home Inspections for any home inspections.
