  My daughter is in college @ William Paterson University we live in South Jersey, the benz wouldn’t move one day on her way to work, since I live in South Jersey I panic I had no way of helping her since she had my Vehicle. I googled and found Wendy a mom and pop shop ARC Wendy was very patient and very helpful we was able to get the car towed to the shop and her husband was able to fix the vehicle the next day needed an axle. The whole experience gave me faith back in human being because Wendy had empathy for my situation and i appreciate also the work done was price Reasonable. Please support this business.

  Craig is a auto wizard. Have used him for many years for my 2013 Hyundal Elantra. He takes care of everything and his prices are very reasonable. His wife Wendy drives the car for a test drive. Just a week or so ago went in for 97,000 mile service and state inspection and Wendy said car choked up going uphill. Craig ordered 2 new parts which arrived within 45 minutes and he installed them quickly. He'll give you a little off for cash.

  I just have to say, I wouldn’t trust anyone with my car until I came to Craig and Wendy. I’ve been a customer for company and personal vehicles for over 3 years and they make sure you’re safety comes first. Craig is an outstanding mechanic, he knows exactly what he’s doing and takes the extra look around to make sure your vehicle is stable to drive!!! He takes his time doing everything correctly for his sake knowing his clients are satisfied and safe. This shop deserves recognition for the hard work they do. Wendy is absolutely respectful and helpful, she always makes sure you’re not overdue for any auto work. If it’s one place, this place is definitely the place to come. They make you feel welcomed and apart of the family. GO GET YOUR CAR LOOKED AT BY THEM, DON’T SECOND GUESS IT!!!

  I've been coming to Craig and Wendy for years!! Craig is a straight up, no BS mechanic and tells you what you need or don't need done on your car. Wendy is an absolute sweetheart and an absolute pleasure to deal with. I own two 1980s cars and Craig certainly knows his way around the 'old stuff' in addition to my 2011!! I've been coming to them since the had their old location in Pompton Lakes, but I'm super excited for this new location! Make a trip and you won't be disappointed! Thanks again Craig and Wendy!!

  I did a repair here for my truck. after they fixed my initial issue, I another issue that caused me concern. I brought the truck back to them, they test drove the van, then informed me to come back at a later time so they can look deeper into the issue. Once I brought the van back on the appointed date, they looked at my vehicle and then called me back once they test drove it. On the phone with me, the mechanic was very unprofessional, he used profanity, and there was no respect. The mechanic even hung up the phone on me at on me point. When I went to pick up my van, they then decided to add service fees and cost that were never discussed prior to me brining they vehicle to them. Very unprofessional and poor service! Would not recommend this place.

  Craig and Wendy are the best. They’ve been working on my cars for years. They’re honest, fair, and I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else.
