  We were purchasing our first home and found Julie through Yelp. Julie found us the best offer out of a few different lender options, and was really nice to work with through the whole loan approval process. She was very patient in explaining some of the fuzzier concepts of property tax and closing costs, had a positive attitude and was very communicative throughout. She always responded to calls and texts in a very timely manner, and even though we'd started a week late in the process she got our loan closed in time. Julie was a central figure in coordinating with multiple parties (escrow, realtor, financial manager, attorney) to get everything wrapped up. We were extremely happy with our experience!

  Julie and her team are what every loan agent should strive to be. They are professional when needed as well as personal when needed which is such a nice and refreshing thing to have. I am currently in my second transaction with Julie and it is smooth just like the first maybe even smoother (didn't know she could out do herself) her and her team are VERY RESPONSIVE which when dealing with other loan agents/brokers in the past that has not been the case. Julie and her team are very informative and help you through every step of the way. Julie cares, she sent me moving boxes to help out...I mean I know it sounds small but it shows me she cares, it's those little things and a lot of the big things that sets her and her team apart. If you are looking for someone take my advice and go no further, she is THE BEST!

We can only say great things about her, as she was patient and through through the very stressful time of finding and financing our home.   As a first time home buyer, I didn't really know where to start. Thankfully I was referred to Julie through my good friend who has worked with her for many years (I often find that's the best way to do business with people.) I was pleasantly put to ease the moment I started chatting with Julie. I let her know some of my concerns, and she was more than willing to not only listen, but go above and beyond and provide the help I was looking for.
