  Used to love doing business here until today. Went in to renew my title loan and they changed the rules stating we need a bank account now. I was just in there making a payment a few weeks ago and they didn't mention any of this to me!

  My grandma and I have been coming here for about a year and a half now and they are truly the best one to go to. Jodi is always the one that helps with what we need and she's always in the best mood no matter what is going on we laugh and will forget what we came in there for. The building is always nice and clean and smells clean they have it set up where everyone who comes in is 6ft apart and there's sanitizer all around the building if you need any. I promise if you're looking for a fast service , friendly , safe and clean approved cash location this one is it and when you go ask to speak to Jodi she's really an angel 😇 and you'll leave with a smile on your face bcus she is very attentive and helps with ALL your needs even if you have a thousand questions. Tell em' Lincile and Lamarric sent ya 😊💚

  Lady in the front was so rude she was having a full blown conversation on the phone with friends while trying to cash my money order then I wait 45 mins just for her to tell me she couldn’t do it & it wasn’t that she couldn’t do it she wanted to talk on the phone instead!!!! DO NOT COME HERE

  When going to approved cash it was my last resort for a title loan. I had never gotten one before so I had a few questions and the lady that helped me was very nice. I just wish I could remember her name to give her a shout out. She was very polite and helpful. She patiently took the time to answer all my questions. Once the approved amount was given it wasn't very much. She saw that I really needed everything I could get given my situation. She ended up doubling what I would have originally received. I can't thank this woman enough and the company for giving me a chance. You really saved me. Thank you so much. You have a customer for life,😊

  I don't know why they have bad reviews or maybe the rude people you guys were talking about were fired. The lady who help me today was wonderful polite and had a easy going personality. Great customer service. Dont let the bad reviews stop you give them a try.

  I started to turn around and leave after I gave them my information, but needed the help. The ladies in the office weren't very welcoming at all!!! I was greeted with a frowny face and during the application process she was very rude. The other 1 ignored me when I asked a question. They made me feel like I interrupted their free time when I came in. The title loan process itself was easy that's why I gave 2 stars.

  Mrs.Jodi is a wonderful and helpful person her staff is always so pleasant and the establishment is always nice clean and comfy great place for business 🥰🥰🥰

  The lady that assisted me was not friendly at all, never smiled. If I had not have needed the loan, I would have left. I can't say that about everyone in the office, but the one that assisted me needs an attitude adjustment. No matter how friendly I was she just rude.

  So far my experience has been pretty good! They were able to help me in my time of need! But the workers could be more friendly and more welcoming when you walk in the door
