  The approved cash on Plymouth between Beechdaly and Inkster have the best customer service ever Tina and Ms.V really take care of you. Been going to them for years never had not one problem out of them. They could use some more help even tho they get the job done they be trying to handle everything on their own.

  Employees here are very rude. When you ask questions, they swiftly catch attitudes, as if you aren’t suppose to ask them anything(keep in mind, I mentioned it was my first time conducting this), Tina is the rudest, makes nasty comments. Level of urgency is horrible. They keep your info for 7 years, even if loan is paid off. If you don’t want a hard time try somewhere else. It’s like a fortress. Very non impersonal.

  Ms. Tina always takes care of you. They work with you as long as you keep your end of the bargain.. Never had an issue. Great customer service. Highly recommended 🖤💜💙

  The service is always bad when i go to the redford location. I only go if it's a emergency and would never recommend anyone to try this one. They always treat you like some bum on the street smh you feel bad for even needing to come.

  Do not go to them they give out your information to people who are telemarketers!! After I went to them I started receiving calls from other loan places!!! Had to block them continuously!!!
