  I have never had a bad experience anytime I walked in the door.....the staff is always kind and courteous and always very professional....my very favorite person to deal with is Dionne....I apologize if I didn't spell your name correctly. Dionne is just the most pleasant person....no matter what time of the day you walk in to the office she always has a smile on her face...always has a pleasant greeting for you. If you are not in a good mood or you are down...you walk out of there in a better mood. I just want to than Approved Cash for all the help you have given me these past 6 months. God bless and may all the staff be safe.

  Trish is the sweetest lady ever! It was my first time ever doing a loan and she was so understanding and made sure I understood the legal terms before signing. She even gave me a ride home because I don't have a car and I walk everywhere. If it's your first time ever doing a loan, it will take a while for everything go through, but Trish makes the wait enjoyable. I will definitely come back again!

  Trish(a), I cannot remember her name, is very rude. She is condescending and talks over you. If it was only once that I have dealt with her then I would think that maybe she was having a bad day. This is the 2nd or 3rd time I have made the mistake of going into that office. She belittles you. Makes you feel less than. Talks over you and has no sympathy or empathy for her customers. If you want a GREAT experience with this company go to the one on NW 39th and Portland. Those ladies are nice and professional. I will NEVER step foot in that store again. That lady desperately needs a hug.

  I haven’t visited in a few months. Upon my return I was expected to fill out all new paperwork and reapply. Even though she was looking at my life information in the computer in front of her. My birthday and social security number is still the same. Why do you make it so difficult to be a customer?

  Everything is cool just need to be able to pay online when you have a title loan. That would make things so much better and make it so people are late on there payments especially people who work long hours like me and cant get there when they are open

  The ladies that work in the office are a wonderful kind and very professional as far as the company goes I would never recommend that you go here unless you are getting the smallest loan possible it’s too much of a hassle in their service in general sucks
