  Juanna Martini here! I absolutely love this company. We were in a tight spot and they helped with the relief. I had almost given up and then she said I was approved! I recommend this location to everyone I know in the area. I will definitely continue to come here and send everyone here.

  The new lady that is at the midland place, she has gone by the actual store policy. I will need to get to know her better. I am sure she has great potential at this store. Please let her know to keep it up.

  I'd rate nothing if I could because a buisness that does nothing, deserves nothing. I'm trying to get a few things handled for family & tried calling to get an answer before I drove down to their location. I live about an hour away give or take, and my youngest isn't fond of the car. I've called for several days now multiple times a day too. No answer. I've left about 3 different voicemails as well with nothing. This buisness refuses to answer the phone no matter what day or time. That alone shows they are not worth anyone's time or business.

  I renewed my title loan on 8/3/16 and was given a check for the renewal and on 8/21/16 they repoed my car even tho my account is now up to date. They did so on a Sunday morning abd they are closed till Monday. My husband has over $1000 worth of tools in the vehicle and lost a contract job today in the amount of $750.00 because they are to incompetent to retrack a repo when an account is up to date. Never received a phone call to even say i was behind our anything. It is an illegal repo we are suing and going to press charges as well. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY GO TO SUN LOAN ON MAIN STREET OF ADA!!!
