  We recently had an appraisal performed on our home in order to refinance. Tracy did a great job in researching the recent sales in our area to find appropriate comps and compiled a very detailed and understandable summary. I have built, bought and sold several homes and the appraisal Tracy prepared was far superior to any other I have ever received. I forwarded a copy of Tracy's appraisal to a friend who was complaining about the poor quality of one she had received from an appraiser out of the Metro area-my friend was completely blown away at the difference! We had paid the same price, but the quality and detail in my appraisal from Tracy was 10 times better than hers.
