  In this day and age I feel like it’s really hard to get in touch with a real person when you need them. However Nick at Appli was always ahead of the game and would proactively provide important answers to questions i hadn’t even asked yet but definitely would have. His experience really made my wife and I feel comfortable during the whole mortgage process. This is usually a really stressful process, but him and his admin were on point and we were approved so quick! We are enjoying our new home at an affordable rate thanks to Nick! Will use again!!

  Hands down the best lending experience I've ever had. Nick and his team went above and beyond from numerous pre-approval letters, countless calls when I needed advice, expediting the submission process to accelerate closing, and getting me a very competitive rate. Their online portal made the application process simple and efficient. Even the communication throughout the entire process was seamless. If you're in the market to purchase or refi a home, choose appli!

  Joseph and the appli Home Loan team were outstanding. Their friendly, professional service guided us thru our refi experience.   Let me start off by saying that we highly recommend Nick & his wonderful staff especially Talise. We were misled by another lender after putting in an offer for our purchase.   Choosing a loan originator is rarely an easy process; that was, until I got in-touch with Nick. I have had the pleasure of working with him on my first home purchase and two years later my home refinance. At the time, I had never previously owned a home so much of the process was foreign to me. Nick did a fantastic job of walking me through everything step-by-step, answering all my many questions, and was always very timely with his responses and throughout the loan process. Nick and his team made me feel comfortable working with them and really took the stress out of trying to secure the loan for my first home purchase. There is no doubt that when the time comes that I need to pursue another home loan, I will be working with them in the future. I would highly recommend Nick and the Appli team to anyone. 5/5.

  I worked with Talise, Nick, Joe, and Kellie on a rush closing for a mutual client. It was transferred to our title company last minute, but they managed to quickly switch gears, expedite the processing of the incoming new title documents, and streamline the coordination of lender, borrower, and title to bring us to a seamless, successful closing.
