  I've been at this bank for a long time. So I was trying to put $62.00 on my card to make a payment for my Victoria's Secret. So I called the community bank to make my purchase over the phone and when I gave them my card number it said decline and I was so mad and I talked to the women at the bank and she told me that I own 172.00 to the bank. And I was trying to talk to the representative and she told me I can't get my 62.00 dollars back. And Ms. Hernandez told me I don't know what to tell you and all. Like she was absolutely rude. So I am going to switch up to chase. I've been having bad experience with Apple bank

  I been coming to apple bank since I was a little girl and my grandmothers been coming here for a very long time, this is a very good bank and the workers are very welcome and nice to all of the customers that comes to apple bank. So I never had an issue with this bank.

  I was mistreated and insulted at this bunch by the assistant manager Jiovanna Rodriguez. Jiovanna Rodriguez took a Spanish man that just came through the the door before me after calling me over and I had been waiting patiently at least 30 minutes and had paid the meter outside. This man was not even an old man he was about 35 and the same race as the representative Jiovanna. That was not fair at all and angered me. She only took him first before me that had been waiting because he was the same race as her. I told her that was not fair I been waiting along time and she told me it was her being nice to even taking me and I told her I would take to google maps with how she treated me. I felt like it was a racist thing that he just came through the door and she was Puerto Rican and he was Puerto Rican and took him right away and right before me. I felt insulted by the way I was treated at this bunch like my time meant nothing and I was treated like a second class citizen because I was not the same race as the woman that was suppose to take care of me.
