      Bad customer service. I waited a long while to open an account. I was then told it is 3 oclock too late. Come back again.. Had to wait again and was send away again and was told will get a call back. Never heard from them. Went to different bank with better service.

      Apple Bank is one of the most-pathetic banks world-wide. I myself left the bank over 10 years ago, but I got today a check from a customer who's silly enough to bank with Apple, and I called Apple to confirm funds (as I do with all high-value transactions), and they gave me a 900 number (fee per minute) to get the information. I think this speaks for itself!

      I have used this bank for a couple of years, and I have found better banks out there. starting with their system, website and NO mobile app, and ending with this branch.
