  Service is trash. Sent me a text not even a call, stating I didn’t get approved due to low income. When I called gilroy they said I met more than the requirement for income. Tried calling and hung up on me. Mind you I applied Friday and did not get an answer until Wednesday and only because I kept calling to see where it was at. I should’ve got a response within 24 hours.

  All their staff is very attentive and in an emergency they get you out of a hurry and they don't take long to tell you if you qualify with your loan thanks to financial support

  If we could give them nothing of stars that bad service give in that place so arrogant staff would never return ... Even the name offends them FINANCIAL SUPPORT which support you are treated as if you were to steal
