  It was OK. The regular title closer was absent, so we had a substitute. One thing I didn't like was that as the seller in this deal, we had to come back later to get our check. The money was wired in, so one would think that it would speed up the process! But, these days of ciber theft, I suppose it's prudent to be extra careful and make sure the wire transfer is real. So, altogether, 4 out of 5 is my opinion.

  Crystal Henson always tries to make the closing process go smooth! Amber takes some of the stress in her support role! Crystal has been in the closing business since the 90's and keeps up on all the changes in the industry!
