  Until I was referred to Bill, I thought my chances of purchasing my home were gone. I was currently renting my home and I had to move out fast. I have a large family and it was difficult to find another home to rent in order to accommodate us all. I decided to purchase a home, but it had to be quick. I lucked out with the best realtor who found a home that I could afford that would accommodate us all. I figured it would be easy to get a mortgage with my credit history and income. After dealing with two different mortgage companies that drove me in circles only to tell me that they could not get it done….I was ready to give up. My credit was great, and I was putting down a large sum. it just did not make sense to me. My friend referred me to Bill who got straight to the point and turned my frown upside down! He was able to get it done in two weeks! Great guy, very honest, will be recommending him to friends and family. Thank you Bill! You’re a life saver! :)

  These guys are incredible. After being turned down by another lender, I decided to take my chances and I’m happy I did. They were able to help me with my first flip. Thanks Bill and Ray! I’ll be back for more flips!

  These guys are scammers they act like they can clear you for a commerical loan then they will ask you to pay for underwriting and appraisal fees to get the deal started with it in writing saying that if they don’t fulfill the deal you will get refunded. However they will never give you your money so don’t get scammed.

  The client was given every opportunity to move forward to close the loan, then he decided that he didn't have to pay for a appraisal well then everyone in the industry knows that the appraisal has to be paid by the client, also we tried to accommodate him with the company paying half the appraisal at closing, funny first thing coming out a persons mouth is scam, the commercial industry is not residential some people get confused. Note: We had to open the file 3 times to help this client and he keeps finding reasons so not to close. The Company lending the money and taking risk makes the rules, client wanted to make his own rules.

  I was exhausted looking for a lender to get a property refinanced for my mother and I just as I was ready to give up, my cousin recommended Anything Commercial, and they got the job done fast, andeverything went smooth as planned. Will use again in the future and highly recommend
