  Very patient and knowledgeable. He would explain the very confusing parts of getting a home loan so that we could understand what we were getting into. Our process took a little more than a year due to the nature of the home purchase being in family and every so often they would check in to see how things were going and if there was anything they could do to help the process. On closing day, everything went smooth and there were no last minute issues and I attribute that to how well they moved through the process and getting all the I's dotted and T's crossed before we came to the closing table.
