We recently closed on 4 homes with a lot of moving parts due to the COVID-19 Virus and they stuck with me and my buyers to the finish line to see the transaction through.   On closing day we had delays in paperwork forcing us to wait around hours with a moving truck. Then, immediately after closing this company sold our papers to another company despite APM promising they would be there to help us recast our loan. Guess what?! The new company won’t recast a VA loan so we are stuck refinancing or paying the higher rate. The fact that they kept communicating as if they were going to help with this paperwork but knew the loan was transferred showed a ridiculous lack of integrity. STEER CLEAR!
