  Miracle workers would be the correct words to describe Hieu Lam with Anew Lending group. Hieu was the right guy for my mortgage home loan in Elk Grove, CA 95758. Let’s be real here, with the recent recession, not everyone has shining credit. Yet Hieu was able to make the impossible happen as we are now home owners of a beautiful, extra large, 5bed/3ba, newer home. Heiu is super busy, yet he was there every step & made himself available on weekends. He’s dedicated and will get you in a home!

  We are first time home buyers and had zero idea about the process of buying a new house, let alone getting approved for a loan. Hieu Lam was referred to us by our realtor to get us pre-approved. Even though I have contacted a couple of other brokers to compare quotes, it was Hieu who promptly responded to our text messages and calls and patiently guided us all throughout the process of getting the pre-approval up to the point that we closed. I will not hesitate to recommend Hieu to anyone!
