  Andy and his whole team were incredibly helpful through the whole refinance process. This is not at all my personal area of expertise, so being able put my trust in Andy and his crew made me feel confident. I have referred friends who have also shared in the same positive experiences. I was kept informed every step of the way and Andy has helped to save lots of money for me! I couldn’t be happier and I will continue to use them for all my mortgage needs and refer friends and family to this team.

  Andy and his team are the real deal! Not only did they help get us the best possible scenario for our first home purchase, but they were able to explain how they were able to do so in a way that we could understand. They were always accessible and made sure to reach out right away when we sent an email to go over certain details on the phone.   We have purchased two homes through the Zemon team in the last two years. The first was a complicated finance following a deed in lieu of an investment property. Several other lenders told me I could not finance another home. I knew they were wrong and so did Andy. He went out of his way to complete the purchase quickly and easily, educating even the lenders along the way. His knowledge base is significantly greater than most; especially on more complicated loans. His entire team is professional , and all members are actually fun to work with. During our recent purchase of a second home, they were confronted with difficult, if not impossible, people on the sellers side. They all navigated the mine field with expertise and professionalism, consistently putting our best interests first.

  It started with him offering me the best deal on my second mortgage, but it didn't end there. Andy and his Team looked out for me and my family throughout the entire process.   Andy rescued us on a failing loan application with another lender. I wish I’d met Andy first. From application to closing with Andy was 9 days, and Andy was obviously knowledgeable, experienced, resourceful, energetic, dedicated, and confident. We knew immediately that we were in good hands. Despite the bad experience with the other lender and the impossibly short timeline, Andy’s obvious talents let us rest easy through the process. And his rates were competitive! I give Andy and his team my highest recommendation and hope to work with them again soon.

  Andy and his team make a notoriously painful process completely pain free! Not only did the Novus folks make the refinancing of our investment property seamless, they also charged the least of all (and there were many) options I checked for closing costs. Andy will always be my go-to for our real estate financing needs.

  Andy was great! The first conversation we had was on a Friday, close to or just after 5:00pm when he could've been done with work for the day. He found an excellent mortgage opportunity for me, had to explain it to me twice, but didn't seem to mind a bit! I never felt like I was just another customer. Andy and his team go above and beyond to make the process as smooth as possible.
