Charles Nelson1I have been trying to get into my dads account I am told something different and they loose information. My lawyer has been trying to call them to get everything sorted out but they refuse to talk to him either. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had. Whatever you do don’t get a mortgage, heloc, anything! It’s a waste of time! Oh and they will threaten to foreclose on you but refuse to take your money! What a huge scam!!!!

Logan Kimler1Had a mortgage with them from 2017 until I refinanced recently. I had log-in trouble when trying to access my account. I sent messages that were never returned. Andrews consistently waited until the very last minute to pay property taxes. I kept getting late notices from the county, but Andrews waited until a late fee would be applied. Changed my homeowners insurance. New insurer sent them a notice. Three months later I got an email from them asking what happened to my insurance. I had to send my policy to them twice before it was resolved. I called once to see what I could do about paying extra principal on top of my auto-pay. After holding for 2.5 hours (not exaggerating) I was transferred and held for another 1.5 hours before I was simply told "we're not accepting principal-only payments," which is not what I asked. I could not get an explanation. I still have $5 in savings there. They can have it. I'm not holding for 4 hours to get $5 back. Maybe if I visit MD I'll swing by to close the account.

Denise Hall11 Star is way to generous. My fiance wanted to get a loan from them, mind you, the one in Waldorf is wonderful. And any loan we had we would pay them back ASAP. But he was on base and just wanted $200 to fix his vehicle, but they were rude, and just didn't want to help him. They kept saying that they were busy and couldn't help him. But there was 1 or 2 people every 45 mins! This is ridiculous! I suggest that no one goes to that bank because you are GUARANTEE NOT TO GET ANY SERVICE! I'm in the process of looking at another bank because THIS ONE HAS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Chris Whitney1Don't let the 1, five star review fool you. Monday morning started with drive through asked about shared banking, she said yes but I had to go inside, no greeting or sorry for the inconvien. This I'm ok with, so I go inside and met a male teller, no greetings just a direct fill this out. The transaction did not get completed I did not have all information, cool I own that. The fear is the tellers on base may be disconnected from the customer service aspect of the job and the values taught durring the orientation training.

Chanel Day1The drive thru lines are ridiculous! You would think because the inside of bank is closed, they would put more tellers at the drive thru windows but no they want their patrons to sit for 40 mins to an hour.

Karen Surratt1I came into the Andrews Federal Credit Union on Andrews Air Force Base signed in when I came in on the computer sat down and waited. No customers but 4 came in and out as I sat. All windows were covered with staff. I waited for 24 minutes in an empty bank to be served but It turned out well because my favorite staff member assisted me. The one star rating is for the attitude of the tellers which had NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
