  I'm not one for hyperbole, especially when it comes to something as serious as a home purchase, but Andrew and his team offer a level of service that I have never seen in the real estate industry. My past experiences in purchasing or refinancing a home have been with other lenders, and they were all hair-pulling exercises in frustration. However, in purchasing my recent home with Andrew, not only was he friendly, helpful, and communicative, he went above and beyond to really understand my needs, get creative, and enable us to purchase our dream home.   I needed to refinance a property in Denver area and it was definitely a unique situation. Refinancing while self employed with non-conventional businesses and income sources can be tricky!
