Spire not only had the most competitive mortgage rates and offers (we shopped three other lenders), but also excellent customer service. Ben, Dan, and RyAnn were an absolute pleasure to work with. They were all extremely responsive and always took the time to answer our questions or address our concerns. In addition, the gang did a great job coordinating with the underwriter, our realtor, the title company, and all of the other various parties involved in the purchase process...especially when I threw a little kink into the loan approval process at the 11th hour :) I would most definitely recommend Spire to anyone looking for a home mortgage loan.

  Matt Bliss and Spire Financial performed very professionally and quickly, and delivered value in our recent purchase and refinance of our home. Last year we purchased a home that required some updating. Matt helped us outline a plan that included a funding method for some of the required work.   On my first home that I purchased, I was not very impressed with my lender. A friend of mine recommended Mike Kenevan this time around, and I am so glad that she did! He was responsive, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. He always answered my questions in a way that was thorough but understandable. Plus, he was willing to work around my busy schedule and come meet me at work. I was also impressed when he came to my closing (something my previous lender did not do). Overall the experience was a hundred times better than my last.

  I worked with Darik Tolnay at Spire Financial to buy my first home. He connected us with everyone we needed to complete the process - our real estate agent (Susannah Campora) and house inspector (Jerry Harcek) were both excellent. Darik kept the whole process very simple for us and was extremely responsive throughout. I would certainly recommend him to other first time buyers.
