  One of my good friends referred me to Andrea. I was having a hard time getting a loan because I’m self-employed. And I thought I was going to have to have a cosigner. I had spoken to a couple lenders prior to talking to Andrea and they all said that they couldn’t get me qualified. Andrea was so great she said I could do a bank statement loan instead of a traditional 2 yr tax return loan. I gave her all the pertinent information and she quickly got me qualified. Then when I found a home The rates went up she found the best rate she could possibly get me! I had such a great experience working with Andrea. She definitely went beyond the call of duty. Also, there were times that we were talking at 9 o’clock at night and many weekends. She was always there to answer any questions that I had and actually has become a friend. She was just a pleasure to work with! I would recommend Andrea Carroll to anyone that is looking to get a loan or is having trouble getting qualified. Thanks again Andrea.

  Andrea was an absolute dream to work with. She was totally on top of everything, texting or calling regularly to keep me informed. She was able to work around my budget to get me the best loans so that I could afford my dream house. Loved working with Andrea so much - she is incredibly kind and helpful, talking me through everything so that it was always clear and I knew what to expect. Truly made all the stressful admin of buying a house SO much easier. Highly HIGHLY recommend!
