  For 20 + years my firm, Doc Signers, has dealt with numerous title firms, Escrow Officers and escrow companies all across the U.S. Recently one of my long time Escrow Officers, M.J Tatosian, who I have handled numerous mobile closings for was brought into the Stewart Title Phoenix Corporate office to assist with a heavy workload of files from previous staff that had relocated. Having dealt with escrow officer transitions many times over the years, I knew they had brought in the right person at the right time to deal with an extraordinary situation. Normally this type of issue results in angry consumers due to a lack of communication. However, M.J. (with her many years of well developed communication skills) knew how to deal with these situations. As a mobile closing provider we often have to deal with the wrath of these delicate consumer situations. We appreciate highly that the consumers have received a high level of communication from M.J. again showing her professional capabilities to resolve volatile issues. Stewart Title has a true professional to make the hectic closing process effortless.

  Awful!!! If I could give less than 1 I would. They are totally unprepared, mistakes mistakes mistakes. Rude to my lender. My lender had everything in 3 weeks before closing but they still weren't ready. Last minute things I had to call on. Like amount of cashiers check to bring. That drives me crazy. I don't do last minute especially on money. Was not sure it would record today. More last minute. Didn't have my beneficiaries listed although I had written that information when I filled out first papers even talked to them in advance about it. I wont use them again or recommend them. My real estate agent said it was the worst she had seen and she has done realestate for 15 yrs and goes to closings.

  I used Stewart title for loan services and it was bad for me they will take side with the lender and overcharge you I finally got out of them. it cost me thousands bad title company I will never use them again.
