  I just met with Andre Enriques for a free consultation and I’ve got to say, I am very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. Andre gave me plenty of great information to help me and my brother prepare for our home purchase. I at no point felt pressured in anyway and feel Andre genuinely cares for our best interest.   Andre was great! He is everything you want in a Mortgage Banker. Throughout the entire process Andre kept us informed. But most importantly (at least for me) he was super responsive. If I texted him a question, he would respond immediately (even when he was on his way to vacation) that’s dedication to your clients. I’m pretty high maintenance with these type of transactions and he checked every box. Thanks Andre!

  I thought buying a house was a stressful process, especially for the first-time buyer but not for us because of Mr. Andre and the team. He was so accomodating, and he helped us do as much paperwork ahead of time, and he was always available and gave us updates.   Andre was amazing. 10/10 would recommend. I have never done a refinance before and it was so easy I couldn’t believe it. He was super helpful about the rates and gave me all my options and how to get the best rate for my situation. He was patient while I did research and asked many questions. The timeliness was outstanding and everything was done so promptly and so thoroughly. I came from a credit union that I was having troubles with and Andre addressed all my issues and consolidated everything for me so now I have a great rate and a single payment to top it off. I even recommended him to a friend just last night. Thank you again for all that you have done.

  We moved from the Sacramento area. Andre was so easy to work with. He was honest and fair with us from beginning to end. We eventually made three offers. One house that fell from escrow due to the sellers backing out. We went through so many ups and downs. This made a lot of work for Andre, but he ended up reassuring us that everything would eventually work out. He was available, patient, and explained everything. Andre's personal and knowledgeable expertise of the region played a critical role in getting us our dream home!
