  My wife and I have worked with Kevin and Anchor on three separate occasions. This last time we had made the decision to try and just refinance with our existing loan servicer, Mr. Cooper, after more than three month’s and our loan costs changing on us more than 7 times we decided to call Kevin. Kevin and the team had our loan finished in 40 days and ended up saving us more than $10,000 in loan fees! We can not express our gratitude enough.

  Kevin at Anchor Funding provided us with a great experience for a new home loan. While we were loan shopping, we spoke to at least 5 other companies, and he was able to provide us the best rate and gave excellent customer service. He was efficient, timely, friendly and able to answer all of my questions. His entire team was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend them. I definitely would use them again in the future if we ever need a home loan again.

  Anchor Funding is fantastic. I did more than my fair share of mortgage shopping. I started working directly with my bank and the process was taking way too long. I didn't want to chance rates going up, so I was referred to Anchor Funding. Kevin Lyons and Anchor Funding blew away any other mortgage company. I'm not entirely sure why, but I suspect it is because they are direct lenders. Anchor Funding went beyond the lower rate, which will save me many thousands of dollars over the next several years, Anchor provided a fantastic service. They anticipated every issue and walked me, a first time mortgage borrower, through the obtuse process. Overall it was a great experience, and they deserve the very highest recommendation

  I wish I could give them 100 stars!!! Seriously, this was such a pleasant and beneficial experience for us. We are saving so much money after working with Kevin and his team, and have been able to make some upgrades in our life as well. Everyone we dealt with at Anchor was kind, and they made things extremely easy. Definitely worth talking to them to see if they can offer their excellent service to you!!

  Anchor Funding and Vealetta did a great job during our entire loan process. Anchor Funding not only rush processed our loan for purchase but also made sure our loan per-approval occurred on time. She made herself available on weekends and post working hours on weekdays; couldn't ask for more. Thanks guys.

  Best refi experience I have ever had! 40 days from start to finish. Fastest ever for me in 10 refi's over the last 20 years.We are both self-employed so it has always been difficult until we used Anchor Funding.Thanks Kevin and your wonderful staff!

  the worst customer service i have ever experienced. Called Kevin for a refi and had his Secretary call me back and told me he couldn't do anything for me. He didn't have all the facts and he made a recommendation with limited information. I called him back to understand why he didn't call me back and had excuse after excuse. he must have alot of money because he really didn't care about giving me the time a day.
