  I have worked with many Mortgage companies in the past, However Anchor Mortgage and especially Jack left a great impression on me...The team are incredible professionals , I was truly impressed with their professionalism Prompt closing ,and their overall dedication to their job.   Excellent experience working with Anchor Mortgage for a complex lending transaction. Our lending officer, Jack provided excellent guidance and advice throughout the lending life-cycle. I think it would have been a more difficult process going with a large lending institution that does not understand the intricacies of complex investment loan processes and closing protocols.

  Could not have had a better experience than the one I had with Jack. The level of service, knowledge and attention that he provided was above and beyond. He understands how stressful the process can be and was there every step of the way, reassuring me and instilling confidence that we were on the right path. He was always accessible and available to help and answer questions, even after hours when called upon. Would never use anyone else in the future and would refer clients his way without hesitation, knowing that they were in great hands!   Our lender, Jack was always reachable even over Memorial Day weekend. He generated several price specific pre-approval letters as we were making multiple offers on properties. He communicated directly with our realtor, attorney, and brokerage account manager to expedite the stacks of paperwork needed to acquire our loan. Job well done!

  These people did everything and more to make the "Mortgage Process" as pleasant as possible. We had to do nothing as they prepared the paperwork and all we needed to do was sign off on it. They even were willing to come to our apartment to finalize arrangements. Their advice on selection was perfect. It would make life so easy if everyone we dealt with were 1/2 as accommodating. They know their business!!
