  Being a first time home buyer, I had no idea what to expect. Anchor Mortgage Group and their associates listened to my needs, walked me through each step of the process and they were very responsive. They were able to help me out when others couldn't.   I can honestly say that my experience with Anchor Mortgage was definitely a five star experience. Hanan Girgis handled my refinance she is a true God Send. Trust me, I had question after question and never felt like I was asking too many questions.   Exceptional customer service! My wife and I were concerned about our ability to qualify for the amount of money we were applying for. Not that we had poor credit but there had been some fluctuations in our income in 2020. I was amazed at how well we were treated and how smoothly the prossess went. I would definitely refer Anchor to a family member or to anyone looking refinance or purchase a new home. The whole team was truly a pleasure to deal with!
